What is the difference with the Copper Heat pad?
All Calming Heat™ Pads provide a
soothing heat massage. The copper and charcoal
pad also features an anti-microbial infused fabric that minimizes odor.
What is the pad made out of?
The pad is made from 100% polyester fiber and is filled with clay beads.
How should I clean the Calming Heat™ Pad?
You can spot clean your Calming Heat™ Pad with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge it in water or put through a washing machine. Lay it flat to dry, and always ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning and has dried out completely before reconnecting to power.
Why doesn’t my Calming Heat™ Pad feel hot enough?
Allow the device 5-10 minutes to fully heat up, and ensure that the printed side of the Calming Heat™ pad is touching your body. Using it on the printed side will make the pad feel substantially warmer.
What if I leave my Calming Heat™ on by accident?
To ensure safe use of your Calming Heat™ Pad, the vibration feature automatically shuts off after 15 minutes and the heat shuts off after two hours.
What do I do if my heating pad unexpectedly shuts off or won’t
turn on (not including auto-off)?
The Calming Heat™ Pad comes
with built-in overheat protection. If it shuts off unexpectedly, unplug the unit from the outlet and wait 3 minutes. Then, plug the adapter back into the outlet
and power the unit on again.
Can I sleep with my Calming Heat™ Pad on?
No – do not lean on the Calming
Heat™ Pad or fall asleep with the Calming Heat™ Pad on. Falling asleep with the pad on can cause burns and is a potential fire hazard.

The Calming Heat Neck Wrap features vibrations for a massaging sensation combined with soothing heat for your neck area. The clay bead filling provides gentle pressure to enhance the massaging vibrations and evenly
disperse heat.

How does the Neck Wrap stay in place?
The wrap comes with a loop at one end. Thread the opposite end (with the controls)

Where should I use the Sauna wrap?
The sauna wrap can be placed on any heat resistant surface. Since you will be laying down, make sure you are comfortable by adding a bolster or a pillow for extra cushion.
What should I wear when using the Sauna Wrap?
Wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks while in the Sauna Wrap is recommended. You may also line the blanket with a thick towel to help absorb any sweat released during use.
How should I clean the Sauna Wrap?
Keeping a dry towel handy to absorb any sweat left behind after each session is suggested. Use a nontoxic disinfectant wipe or spray to sanitize the blanket. Nontoxic disinfectant sprays are gentle and non-abrasive to the blanket and are effective at removing bacteria. Leave the blanket open to dry and cool down completely before folding and packing away.
Why doesn’t my Sauna Wrap feel hot enough?
Please ensure that the product is pre-heated before use. Set the heat level to 8 for 5-10 minutes before use.
What should I do if my controller won’t turn the Sauna Wrap on?
